Gerardo Mulas

Gerardo has been involved in the real estate business for a couple of decades both as an investor and a real estate agent (holding a license since 2003). He has conducted multitude of transactions for buyers, sellers and tenants (both residential and commercial). Additionally, he has done several investment projects of his own, hence gaining a deeper understanding of the nuances involved for investors looking to succeed with their real estate investments. Gerardo lives in Dallas with with his wife and their 17 month young son. He is an avid athlete, having attended SMU as a full scholarship collegiate athlete. Nowadays, besides representing his clients interests in real estate transactions, he is an active practitioner and competitor in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and practices multitude of fitness methodologies. He alsoenjoys being outdoors, great food and spending time with family and friends.
